Lay the stem

Stack three squares in a column: the top one is the flower centre, the two below are the stem.

The trick

The stem takes the blossom's bottom edge, which frees the other three edges for petals, and the leaves clip to the stem's own sides so nothing floats.

What you will need

  • 3 square tiles
  • 5 triangle tiles

Step by step

  1. 1. Lay the stem

    Stack three squares in a column: the top one is the flower centre, the two below are the stem.

  2. 2. Open the petals

    Snap a triangle onto the top, left and right edges of the centre square for three petals.

  3. 3. Add the leaves

    Clip a triangle onto each side of the upper stem square for two leaves.
