The trick
Four equilateral triangles leaned to the same steepness meet in one point above the centre, and each triangle's bottom edge is the same length as the square, so it clicks straight onto a side.

1. Lay the floor

2. Lean the sides
Stand a triangle up on each of the four edges and tip them in until all four points meet at the top.
