The trick

Stand the sail on the seam where two hull tiles meet. Both tiles grip its bottom edge at once, so the tall triangle holds up on its own with nothing bracing it from behind.

What you will need

  • 3 square tiles
  • 1 triangle tiles
  • 1 tall triangle tiles

Step by step

  1. 1. Lay the hull

Put three squares flat in a row. This long flat shape is the boat sitting on the water.

  2. 2. Point the bow

Add a triangle flat at the front so its long edge meets the front square and it comes to a point.

  3. 3. Raise the sail

Stand a tall triangle up on the line where two hull squares meet, so it points at the sky.
