The trick
Build the two pillars as closed boxes first; the deck then drops on as their shared lid and the middle tile bridges the gap while a road runs clean underneath.

Step by step
1. Build the two pillars
Build two closed boxes on the floor with one clear tile of gap between them for the road.
2. Run the road through
Lay three flat tiles in a line through the gap so the road passes between and touches both pillars.
3. Drop the deck on top
Lay three flat tiles across the pillar tops so the outer two cap the pillars and the middle one bridges over the road.
