Lay the wagons
Put four squares flat in a line, touching, for the engine and three wagons.

The trick
Leave the wagons open at the top and give the engine a second box stacked into a tall cube, so the low open trucks read as carriages and the one tall cube reads as the engine.

Step by step
1. Lay the wagons
Put four squares flat in a line, touching, for the engine and three wagons.
2. Fold up open wagons
Stand up the long side walls and a wall between each square, and leave every top open so you can load them.
3. Build the engine
On the front square only, stack a second closed box to make a tall cube. That is the engine.
